All of the fast food places and coffee shops are offering their pumpkin drinks these days, but you can make your own pumpkin smoothie at home with just four ingredients AND, with no added sugar, it is much healthier!

Easy Pumpkin Smoothie

makes one smoothie


1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup pumpkin puree {not pumpkin pie filling}
1 frozen banana
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice {or more according to taste preference}


Place all ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth!

This is a very quick, satisfying afternoon snack for your boys and I think you will enjoy it as well! In fact, you can easily double or triple it to treat the whole family!
