Heavenly Father, I pray for Andrew and his family. Lord, give the doctors wisdom as they care for his injuries and manage his pain. Be with his precious mama as she tends to her boy. Lord, we praise you that Andrew’s life was spared and we know that you are working for good in this situation. Allow the Groves family to feel that comfort and security. Let them be a witness to those they encounter at the hospital, so that people can see You shine through a difficult situation. In Your precious Name, Amen.

Father, I lift up Andrew Groves and his family to you. I pray for you to ease the pain that he’s feeling. I pray for peace over his family as they put their full trust into your provision. I pray that you would send them encouragment when their hearts worry and give them opportunity to rest. Rest in the trust and comfort of their heavenly father. I pray that this accident would one day be used as a positive reminder of how our Lord redeems and uplifts and unburdens. Thank you for the power that is given when we pray for others and the blessing to come before your throne to ask these things in your Son’s name. Amen.

Heavenly Father and Husband, to those who need one,

I pray for Amy. Bless her, encourage her and may your face shine upon her and her boys. May they always give you the offering of praise and glory, as YOU show yourself mighty on their behalf. You will, Lord. I know. I, too, have walked a similar path, and YOU have provided EACH step of the way, these last 7 years. Always, I can say, “See, what the Lord has done!” You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I,too, have 4 boys, and was left alone with them, when they were 6, 4, 3 and 1. I am still at home. It is ALL God!!

I first of all praise God for directing me to all of you wonderful praying women! God is so perfect and when we lay down our burdens at His feet he DOES take them from us and carry them.

My prayer request is that my husband would be able to become the Godly father that he so desires to be. We have 2 children, a birth daughter 20 years old, and a 17 year old son adopted from Korean at the age of 5 months. At an early age he has had many issues including being diagnosed with early onset bipolar disorder. We have had holes punched in walls, with stood much verbal ‘abuse’ and so on. But it is just now that we are learning the power of prayer. I have been leaving my parenting problems at Christ’s feet each morning and God is faithful. I pray my husband can find the same comfort and be the Godly father that he has yet to be able to be because of the mental health issues. Thanks for your prayers.
